Hello!! Thank you for stopping by our website. Let us introduce ourselve a little bit. We are a Colorado-based investor. “BANN Capital” is formed by my wife and I with the intention to expand our capital in the real estate industry.
Start with a small step, I always have a heart in investment and like to discuss about it all the time. With that, I came to realize the fact that, besides reading pages to pages, listen to a thousand podcasts, things will not happen if I don’t start the first step.
We started with purchasing a small duplex which we happily live in. Over a year, it starts producing a passive income!! My brain shouted at me “It works!”. Since then, we are looking for ways to increase our knowledge, network, and (Of course!!) PROPERTIES.
I must say it’s easier said than done to increase such desired. Despite finding a property in a good location, It needs lots of ingredients to make it work. And the most important things is NETWORK.
